Every shoot is priced to the home's square footage and the specific media selected. Photography, video, aerial, 3D and staging each add a layer. Enter your property address on our booking page and book your shoot online in minutes, with your exact package and price shown before you confirm a time.

Do you price by square footage?

Yes. Larger homes require more coverage, more angles and more editing time, so square footage is a core factor in the price alongside the media you choose. This keeps pricing fair across a 1,200 sq ft condo and a 6,000 sq ft estate.

Are there travel fees?

Virtual View Tours serves agents across Greater Los Angeles. Any travel consideration for listings outside our standard coverage area is shown clearly at checkout before you book. It's never added as a surprise after the shoot.

Do you offer packages or monthly retainers?

Yes, both. Photo Essentials, Professional, Premiere and Signature are per-listing packages that bundle the media a single shoot needs.
