This page explains what that means in practice, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.
Accessibility
Our commitment to an accessible site.
Virtual View Tours is a Los Angeles real estate media studio, and we want this site to work for everyone who visits it, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or needing larger text. WCAG 2.2, Level AA is our target standard.
What we've built
Practical accessibility, not a widget.

Keyboard and screen reader support
Every page has a skip link, a logical heading order, and menus and dialogs that work from a keyboard alone. Focus outlines stay visible; we never hide them for style.

Descriptive alt text
Photos and images carry alt text that describes what's actually in the frame, so a screen reader gives you the same information a sighted visitor gets from the picture.

Readable at any zoom
Text resizes and the layout reflows up to 400% zoom. We never disable pinch-to-zoom or cap the browser's maximum scale.

Motion you can turn off
Autoplaying video carries a visible pause control, and every animation on the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
What we're still working on.
Captions for our narrated video content are in progress. We're adding them to our listing films now, and until each one is captioned, its transcript and audio remain sound-on only. If a video without captions is standing between you and information you need, email us and we'll get you that information directly and prioritize the caption.

If you use assistive technology and run into a barrier anywhere on this site, or you have a suggestion for how we could do better, email hello@virtualviewtours.com. We read every message ourselves, aim to respond within one business day, and will work to fix confirmed issues.
We don't claim this site is certified or fully compliant with any accessibility standard, and we haven't added an accessibility overlay or widget. WCAG 2.2 AA is our honest target, and this statement will keep changing as the work does.
